Graduated in Law from Universidade Portucalense in 1992 and enrolled in the Bar Association since 1995.
Even before graduating, he set up several companies, having established in the 1980s one of the first factories in the Industrial Zone of Crespos, Celorico de Basto where he was born.
Since the end of the 1990s, he has dedicated special attention to PAOLP'S, namely to Brazil, Mozambique, Angola and Guinea-Bissau, accompanying national and foreign clients in their internationalization to these countries.
Advocating in a wide range of matters, whether in Private law or in public-administrative law.
With high levels of linguistic mastery in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French, he has integrated specialized multidisciplinary teams, as a Category 1 consultant, in technical assistance projects to support the development of powers of ministerial and governmental entities, with a view to reviewing and writing the entire an intersectoral legal framework, whether at local, regional, central or administrative level decentralized, projects financed by the European Union and the World Bank in African countries.
